Our client is looking for a Digital and AI Solutions Specialist to help drive innovation and improve both customer and colleague experience through practical and impactful technology solutions.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone excited by the opportunity to build and shape new capabilities. Youll work closely with stakeholders, tech teams, and the wider organisation to deliver smart, AI-enabled solutions that solve real business problems.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with stakeholders and the Digital & AI Manager to identify opportunities and challengesResearching emerging tech and assessing the suitability of internal and third party toolsDesigning and delivering bespoke AI/digital solutions aligned to business goalsWorking cross functionally with data, engineering, security and solution design teamsUsing data and analytics to inform development and optimise performanceManaging an AI solutions inventory and ensuring effective use of toolsPromoting awareness of AI through knowledge sharing and best practiceSupporting continuous integration and ensuring compliance and quality standards are metAbout You:Experience designing and implementing AI and digital solutions in a commercial or public sector environmentSound knowledge of AI/ML technologies and data analytics toolsStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to think both creatively and strategicallyGreat communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated and excited by the opportunity to build something from scratchIf you're looking to join an organisation at the start of a significant digital and AI journey and want to help shape how technology drives impact wed love to hear from you.
