We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Executive to join our dynamic Export team and contribute to our expanding airfreight operations.Key Responsibilities:Managing the end-to-end export process for airfreight shipmentsHandling export documentation including airway bills (AWBs) and customs entriesCoordinating shipments with hauliers and airlinesCommunicating professionally with clients and overseas agentsPreparing shipment pre-alerts and managing post-flight follow-upsGenerating quotations and overseeing job costingMaintaining accurate and timely recordsCandidate Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in airfreight export operationsStrong understanding of international shipping processes and documentationConfident telephone manner and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureA full UK driving license is preferredYou will report directly to the companys founder, offering a unique opportunity for visibility and career progression in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.If you are passionate about freight forwarding and looking for a long-term role with real development potential, we would love to hear from you.David Charles Associates is a Recruitment Business and Agency.
