Operating across multiple membership verticals and events platforms, the business combines strong consumer loyalty with continued investment into CRM and digital capabilities.The RoleThis is a hands-on Technical CRM Automation Manager position sitting within the Lifecycle CRM function. Youll lead on CRM campaign build and automation within Braze, manage complex multi-channel customer journeys, and own the platforms technical configuration across API integrations, segmentation, and modular content blocks.
