Working with cutting-edge Husqvarna robotic mower systems (including Ceora and EPOS), you'll be responsible for demonstration, installation, commissioning, and ongoing customer support across our professional groundcare network.What Youll Do:Demonstrate, install, and commission Husqvarna Automower productsDiagnose and repair faults (including wired and EPOS units)Liaise with customers, suppliers, and the Husqvarna specialist teamSupport Area Sales Managers with customer expectations and solutionsManage existing customer accounts and help grow brand loyaltyEnsure all work is documented and completed to high standardsMaintain a positive company image and attend required trainingWhat Youll Need:Experience with Automowers or horticultural machinery (preferred)Technical/mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skillsGreat communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently or within a teamFull, clean UK driving licenceAbility to meet customer demands and work under pressureWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)Company vehicle and mobile phone32 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)Sick pay scheme & workplace pensionLife assurance (2x salary)Staff discounts in Country Stores, wellbeing initiatives, and tyre discountsWe are looking for someone to start immediately, subject to any notice periods.
