Reporting directly to the Equity Partners, this role involves managing and developing the private client department, overseeing a busy caseload, and playing a key role in business strategy. Responsibilities include:Running a varied and high-value caseload across wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and LPAsLeading, mentoring, and developing the Private Client teamEnsuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory obligationsContributing to the firms financial targets and profitabilityRepresenting the department at partner meetings and contributing to firm-wide decisionsDelivering exceptional client care while managing expectations and risk effectivelyProactively driving new business and cross-referrals across the firmThe Candidate:This role will suit a senior Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE and demonstrable experience in departmental leadership.
