Key accountabilities as belowFinancial and commercial accountability for a large P&L (20mil+)Developing strategic relationships with board level stake holdersLeadership of a multi disciplinary service teamEnsuring contractual complianceUpskilling the management team and developing succession plansUsing technology and analytics to constantly improve service deliveryDriving performance and efficiency initiativesDeveloping contract scope identifying commercial growth opportunitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high profile and complex site, experience of life sciences, pharma, laboratory, health, defence or manufacturing would be highly advantageous, as would a background delivering technical maintenance services.
