Creative CultureWe challenge convention, champion design thinking, and foster open dialogue through weekly design reviews, Thinking Thursdays and dedicated time for experimentation and R&D.The RoleAs an Architect at SPACE, you will: Lead projects across a range of sectors, taking responsibility from concept through to completion Produce high-quality, coordinated architectural design and technical information using Revit Ensure compliance with current building regulations and technical standards across all RIBA stages Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver imaginative, buildable and sustainable solutions Drive innovative approaches to low-carbon and whole-life design, contributing to our evolving digital carbon model Contribute to project programming, resource planning, and efficient project delivery Support and mentor junior team members, sharing technical expertise Promote and uphold SPACE Architects' quality assurance and management processesWhat We're Looking For ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across a range of sectors Strong design and technical capabilities with excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations Proficient in Revit and confident in producing fully coordinated BIM-based drawing packages A clear understanding of CDM regulations, health and safety principles, and design risk management A collaborative communicator who can engage confidently with clients and design teams A considered approach to sustainable and contextually responsive design Experience working within ISO 9001 Quality Management and BIM Level 2 environments is desirableWhat We Offer at SPACEAlongside exciting projects, you'll be supported by a studio that puts people and well-being first.
