In this role, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy, from concept through to delivery, across digital platforms, events and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with colleagues and regional sales teams to produce locally relevant, engaging content that boosts brand visibility and drives business growth.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. A genuine interest in the cosmetics and personal care sector is essential!Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation of marketing plans across digital, social, email and print channelsWork closely with the global marketing and laboratory teams to localise content for the UK marketDevelop sales support materials including presentations, email campaigns, webinars and promotional toolsMonitor and report on campaign effectiveness and website analyticsEnsure brand consistency across all customer touchpointsAssist with planning and delivery of events, trade exhibitions and client seminarsAct as a key contact for marketing-related client enquiriesBuild and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the cosmetic product rangeKey Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing roleExcellent written communication and confident copywriting skillsStrong organisational abilities with an eye for detailAbility to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising qualityA collaborative, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the beauty sectorInterest in cosmetic ingredients and product formulation (technical knowledge a plus)
