In this exciting period of time of transition and growth we are on the lookout for an experienced, hands-on and ambitious manager to oversee our newly opening branch in Acton, which will have expected annual turnover in excess of 20 million and an area of 2200 sqr meters.Part of the key responsibilities of the role include:Overseeing the day to day running and management of the Acton branchConstantly looking to improve and develop in-store customer experiencesWorking closely with other key stakeholders to ensure positive changes are regularly communicated and implementedMeasuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processesWork to proactively decrease operational branch overheadsEnsuring key performance indicators are in place and growth targets are metEnsuring health & safety standards are strictly upheldInspiring a high performance culture that drives positive changesFocusing on both short and long term targets and goalsYou are expected to be:Motivated and results driven with exceptional leadership abilitiesAnalytical in decision making with very strong attention to detailStrong communicative skills that help motivate those around youA successful track record in bringing order and efficiency to growing teams and businessesExperience of working within a fast paced, multi-million pound retail environmentA capacity to think critically and problem-solve at both strategic and detail levels
