With a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and client service, they are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead and develop a team of Financial Advisers.As Regional Manager, you will play a key leadership role within their firm, ensuring that their advisers are supported, compliant, productive, and aligned with the company values and objectives. Role & Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Advisers across the region to meet individual and team performance targetsSupport advisers in achieving high standards of client care, compliance, and business growthDeliver strategic initiatives at a regional level to support national business goalsRecruit and onboard new advisers to grow your team in line with company expansion plansConduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and ensure adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to support adviser successIdentify and implement regional opportunities for growth and improved efficiencyDo you have the following to apply?
