You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of waste in line with customer requirements. Your role is crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of company's site and supporting companies commitment to environmental sustainabilityKey responsibilities include for a HGV Class 2 Driver (SKIP & Ro Ro)Driving the Skip and Ro Ro TrucksCarrying out vehicle condition checks as required on daily or weekly basis in accordance with company policy (Drivers Manual)Recording and reporting vehicle defectsCarrying out assigned collection and delivery targets on a daily/weekly basis.Be 100% compliant with health, safety, smoking regulations and environmental requirements.Maintaining written and electronic records as required.Maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle to agreed standards.Communicating information that could potentially improve customer service or increase business.Working flexibly in line with the requirements of the depot.Communicating effectively with helpers (where relevant) and ensure their health and safety.Participating in company mandated training.
