We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and quality products that cater to motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds.Our Solent site is dedicated to the Triumph brand, and we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment with excellent earning potential.Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead, support and develop a high-performing sales teamEnsure exceptional customer service is maintained throughout all sales interactionsOversee all sales processes, including profit margins, stock pricing and presentationMaximise the sales and profitability of the motorcycles and associated productsLiaise with the marketing team to promote the dealership and increase visibilityWork collaboratively with the Service and Accounts departments to ensure a seamless customer journeyMaintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and external suppliersBe highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectivelyUphold all company policies and procedures in the pursuit of business goalsLead by example and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer serviceKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:Proven track record in building, developing and managing a successful sales team, ideally within a motorcycle or car dealershipExperience of managing a sales team to meet and exceed objectivesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performanceAbility to thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environmentExcellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and time management skillsMotorcycle licence (preferred but not essential)Working Hours:Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18.00, Saturdays 08:30-18:00 (1st April 30th September)Monday Friday 08:30- 17:00, Saturdays 08:30-16:30 (1st October 31st March)Location: Fareham, SolentSalary: 30,000 Basic (54,800 OTE)Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidaysBenefits: Competitive Salary, access to use demonstration bikes, Staff Purchase Scheme, Car Benefit Scheme, Health Shield Health Cash Plan, and reduced winter hours.We are an Equal Opportunities EmployerDue to the high volume of applications we receive, unfortunately, we are unable to contact each applicant individually regarding the status of their application.
