Youll be working across departments, bringing together input from sales, marketing, project delivery, legal, and more ensuring every submission is delivered professionally and on time.What youll be doing:Coordinating and producing RFI, SQ, PQQ, ITT and RFP documentsMonitoring opportunities across internal and external channelsManaging contributions from multiple stakeholdersMaintaining version control, formatting, and ensuring branding consistencyDriving improvements in bid quality, structure and languageSupporting document governance, sign-off, and submissionWhat were looking for:Proven experience in coordinating and submitting proposals within a complex business settingStrong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word and document formattingExceptional attention to detail, organisation and time managementA collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with bid and proposal tools and best practices (APMP qualification desirable)Why McGinley?
