In this role, youll be responsible for developing strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and identifying new commercial opportunities to drive growth.Youll play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, working closely with internal teams to meet client needs, and expanding business with both new and existing customers.About the Role:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and account growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client expectationsDrive revenue and margin growth across your accountsRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade showsAbout You:A proven sales professional with experience growing account volumes, revenue, and profitabilityPrevious experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within the food ingredients industry, or from food manufacturing with a willingness and desire to move into this area.Confident relationship-builder with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsCommercially minded, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunitiesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsThis is a wonderful opportunity to join a business that has ambitious growth plans, and therefore is a great role for someone who would like to develop their career in line with this.The role can either be on-site or hybrid (3 days per week in the office or out with customers).
