We are the world leader in the production of traditional English scones, and we serve clients across retail, airline catering and commercial foodservice sectors. As well as scones, we produce a range of snacks such as breadsticks, mini biscuits and cookies under our sister brand, nibnibs.As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and results-orientedNational Account Managerwith a strong track record in airline and commercial sales, particularly in baked goods and snacks, to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:Develop current relationships and and grow new relationships with key airline catering companies, commercial foodservice providers, and bulk buyers.Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts for the supply of scones, cookies, snacks and other baked goods.Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure customer needs and specifications are met.Represent the company at industry events, local and international trade shows, and client meetings.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product samples to prospective clients.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve revenue targets.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.Requirements:Proven experience (5+ years) in sales of baked goods, snacks or FMCG, with a focus on airline catering and/or commercial foodservice sales.Strong existing network within the airline catering industry and/or commercial distributors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade events as needed.Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of food safety regulations, logistics, and product customization for B2B clients is a plus.We Offer:33 paid holiday days per yearCompany Health insuranceA collaborative and supportive team environment.Become part of a growing family businessCompany bike to work scheme
