Our reusable plastic products improve the quality of product delivered, create more efficient supply chains, and are more sustainable than single-use packaging.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.To strengthen our Supply Chain-team at our office in Dudley (UK), we are currently recruiting a highly organized Supply Chain Analyst.Position purposeThe purpose of the role is to support the execution of Tosca’s Supply Chain strategy across the UK & Ireland region, focusing on data analysis, demand planning, inventory control, and process optimization. This position plays a key role in ensuring supply continuity, improving operational efficiency, and supporting both the Operations and Customer Service functions.ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Analysis and ReportingAnalyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to inventory, demand, service levels, and logistics performanceSupport budget tracking and forecasting for supply chain activitiesAssist in the development and refinement of tools for visibility and performance measurementDemand PlanningSupport demand planning and forecasting efforts in collaboration with the commercial teamMonitor stock levels across sites and identify imbalances or risksWork with Planning and Procurement to ensure optimal stock availabilityContribute to improving inventory accuracy and reducing obsolete stockCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations to support alignment on supply chain prioritiesAssist in standardizing processes and reporting tools across the UKI supply chain teamParticipate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and service qualityContinuous Improvement and SupportSupport the implementation of process improvements within supply chain workflowsAssist in change management efforts related to new tools, systems, or processesSupport audits and compliance reviews when neededRequirements, Experience & EducationPost-secondary diploma with a Materials/Scheduling focus Advantageous back ground in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field2–4 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or planning roleExperience working in a fast-paced, operational environment is a plusFamiliarity with ERP systems and demand planning tools is an assetCompetenciesYou are highly organize and able to manage multiple priorities.You have strong analytical skills.You pay attention to detail.You are proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).You communicate effective with cross-functional teams.You are process-oriented.You look for continuous improvement.You can analyze situations and make informed decisionsYou think ahead and plan for long-term success.Our OfferYou will have a permanent contract with a competitive remuneration package in line with your knowledge and experience.We continuously invest in your personal and professional development through our training & coaching programs.You will join a dynamic and fast growing company that is part of a strong international group.
