Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for a Sales Executive based in Wednesbury.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.We are looking for someone with a solid strong background in lead generation and sales, a hunter mentality who can open doors and create opportunities with prospects and lapsed customers.You will play a big part in creating campaigns to support you daily conversations with prospect or lapsed customers, with the view to book appoints for the field reps or leads for the Account Managers to follow up on.Responsibilities & day to day dutiesAs a Sales Executive you will be responsible for:Contact lapsed and prospect customers to open up opportunities for either client meetings or calls for internal sales to follow up onUsing the CRM data provided to create campaigns with the marketing team, for new customer sale incentives for your callsWorking with the manager to support a portfolio of customers with inbound ordersReconnect with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approachWork closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPIsSkills & experience required.Proven B2B or B2C in lead generation or sales experienceExperience working towards and achieving KPIs and sales targetsExperience working in an industrial or engineering setting, with chemicals, adhesives or paints would be advantageousBenefitsSalary of up to 26,000Annual bonus structureQuarterly uncapped commissionHours are Monday to Thursday 08:30- 17:00 and Friday 08:30 13.30Company pension25 days holiday plus BH4x Life insuranceOffice based roleCitrus Recruit acts as an employment business when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
