Our team is emerging within AMZL, aiming to improve processes, tools, and metric accuracy of capacity planning. We seek someone with strong analytical skills and effective communication skills to support the rapid growth of our logistics network while ensuring the best customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data and communicate with stakeholders to address business issues. Build reports, tools, and mechanisms to drive scalable solutions. Collaborate with product teams for model optimization. Identify new business growth opportunities. Execute metric planning processes. Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent. 3+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.). Experience managing stakeholders across various organizational levels. Business-level English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience driving process improvements. Business-level Japanese proficiency. Knowledge of SQL. Enthusiasm for working in diverse and inclusive teams.
