We are currently seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our team. Duties of the Role:Oversee and coordinate work of team members during shifts, including cooks, cashiers, and crew. Assign tasks and ensure adequate staffing. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Respond promptly to customer concerns and complaints. Ensure food is prepared according to Pepe’s standards. Monitor kitchen operations and food quality. Manage inventory levels, place orders, and report shortages. Handle administrative tasks such as shift reports and cashier reconciliations. Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Lead by example to encourage staff to deliver excellent customer service. Address employee concerns regarding performance, complaints, or workplace accidents. Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to customer service, quality, safety, and productivity. Manage equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed. Assist during staff shortages or peak customer periods. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the restaurant general manager.
