We are urgently seeking x3 Tech Leadsto join their high-performing team. Thesefully remoteroles offer the chance to contribute tocutting-edge projectsfor an innovative and fast-growing company. Travel foron-site collaboration once a monthwill be fully covered. We’re looking for Tech leads who have a strong foundation in bothfront-end and back-end technologies , a solid understanding ofObject-Oriented Design , and a passion for learning and embracing new tech. You dont have to have all the languages but just some and you will be taught the rest, Strong object orientated design is a must. Languages : ? Ruby-on-Rails, Java, Python, C#, PHP ? VueJs, Typescript/Angular/React Cloud : ? Amazon Web Services (AWS) Databases : Additional Tools & Frameworks : ? GraphQL ? REST APIs ? Software Design Patterns – TDD, DDD ? Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban Key Responsibilities : Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack applications across both front-end and back-end. Cloud & Database Management : Build scalable, cloud-based solutions usingAWS ,PostgreSQL , andDynamoDB . API Development : IntegrateRESTful APIsandGraphQLto enable smooth data flow between services. Software Design Patterns : ApplyTDD(Test Driven Development) andDDD(Domain Driven Design) best practices to ensure maintainable, efficient code. DevOps & CI/CD : Use DevOps processes, includingvirtualization ,containerization , andCI/CD pipelinesto streamline development and deployment. Agile Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams usingScrumandKanbanto deliver high-quality products in an agile environment. Requirements : Polyglot Developer : Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to work across the full tech stack. Object-Oriented Design : Strong understanding of OO principles, writing modular and maintainable code. DevOps Practices : Familiarity withCI/CD , containerization, and infrastructure as code. Agile Mindset : Experience working withinAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for continuous improvement. Why Join?
