Main duties of the jobAs a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will be part of the care team working under the supervision of registered nurses and other professionals. You will assist in delivering care by supporting registered staff, patients, and their families. This involves performing specific care tasks after completing formal training and assessment. Basic care experience is necessary, along with good communication skills, both verbal and written. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is recommended for this role.
