Their focus spans both residential and commercial sectors, with a strong reputation built on technical excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction.The Role Our client is seeking a skilled Cold Water Booster Engineer / Plumber to join their growing team. This is a field-based role across Greater London, focusing on the installation, servicing, and maintenance of cold water booster sets, tanks, and associated plumbing systems.This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in plumbing and pump systems, particularly with cold water booster units from manufacturers such as Grundfos, Xylem, Lowara, and Wilo.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain cold water booster sets and systemsConduct plumbing works including pipe installation and repairsDiagnose system faults and deliver effective technical solutionsAccurately complete job reports and maintain service recordsAdhere to all relevant health and safety standardsInteract professionally with customers on-siteCandidate RequirementsProven experience as a plumber or pump engineer (essential)Hands-on experience with cold water booster systems (preferred)NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)Full UK driving licence (required)Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilitiesGood communication and customer-facing skillsCSCS card (desirable)WRAS or unvented cylinder qualification (advantageous)What's On OfferCompetitive base salary with overtime potentialCompany van and fuel card providedTools, equipment, and uniform suppliedContinuous training and career developmentSupportive team culture and long-term progression opportunitiesOvertime details are still being finalised, but the expected structure is:Weekdays:Time and a half up to 11:00 PMDouble time after 11:00 PMSaturdays:Time and a half until 11:00 PMDouble time after 11:00 PMSundays:Double time all dayThis is subject to final confirmation, but it's likely to remain the same.How to Apply If you're a qualified and motivated plumbing professional looking to join a respected and established organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
