In this varied Property Manager role, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance via Jupix software (PropertyFile), handle block management issues, and coordinate safety certificates and access arrangements. You will also take ownership of selective licensing applications and amendments, utility notifications and void billing.With your excellent organisational skills, youll manage mid-term inspections, contractor relationships, rent increase notices (Section 13), and the administration of tenancy addendums, acting as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords. You will also be responsible for handling minor tenant complaints, onboarding new property portfolios, and providing out-of-hours emergency support on a rota basis.To succeed as a Property Manager in this busy estate agent, you will need excellent communication skills, solid knowledge of lettings regulations, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.
