As we enter a pivotal stage of growth and strategic fundraising, we seek a commercially minded Interim CFO to lead finance, fundraising, and global financial operations.Role Overview: The Interim CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, providing financial direction, managing investor relations during the fundraise, and ensuring robust financial governance. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in card payments, fintech, or banking SaaS startups, with proven experience managing teams across Europe and the US.Key Responsibilities:Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead all financial aspects of upcoming fundraising rounds, prepare financial models, investor pitch materials, support data room readiness, act as the finance contact for investors, and support due diligence and deal structuring.Strategic Financial Management: Collaborate with the CEO and team to define and execute financial strategy, provide decision-making insights, and lead scenario planning and forecasting.Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting per UK GAAP/IFRS, establish internal controls, and coordinate audits and compliance.Team Leadership & International Coordination: Lead and mentor finance team, work with cross-border teams, and support building the finance function for scale.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven CFO, Interim CFO, or Finance Director experience in high-growth fintech, card payments, or SaaS banking.Deep understanding of payments ecosystem, revenue models, and fintech regulation.Experience with fundraising at Series A/B or similar stages.International experience working with US and European teams and investors.Strong stakeholder management skills; qualified accountant preferred but not essential.Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment.What We Offer:A strategic leadership role during a critical growth phase.Flexible remote working with international teams.High-level fundraising and investor engagement exposure.Opportunity to impact a cutting-edge neobank's trajectory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
