We're on the lookout for a proactive and hands-on HSE & Digital /Systems and Improvement Manager to join our team at British Gypsum in Sherburn.Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.This is a key role covering several critical areas health, safety & environmental initiatives, , digital transformation, and business systems so no two days will be the same.What Youll Be Doing:Lead Safety Culture: Be the sites safety champion drive our zero-harm mindset, oversee safety reporting, and keep our systems and metrics current.Environmental Support: Work closely with the Environment Agency, manage site permits, ensure legal compliance, and investigate any breaches with corrective action planning.Integrated Management Systems (IMS): Own and maintain our IMS.
