To achieve that, the IT department is on a journey from what was a reactive service, to one where they are in effect a proactive business partner.That journey is well underway and this brand new role is a key part of that progression. To deliver high quality business systems, the organisation will need consistently high quality system deliveries thats where you come in. The RoleAs Environment and Release Manager, you will be an integral part of the IT team, ensuring high-quality project deliveries, working on transformation programmes. The role will expand to oversee releases across all business systems (ERP/CRM/HCM) managing the end-to-end release cycle, and collaborating with all parties to ensure successful implementations. It's about planning, coordinating, negotiating, juggling and navigating your way through to successful outcomes.You?We're looking for a track record of managing environments and releases, grounded in proven implementation experience as an Application Environment Engineer or in a similar role. It is key that you've got experience of setting up and managing the environment and release structures to support an end-to-end MS Dynamics implementation and other Cloud based applications.Experience of Oracle NetSuite and ServiceNow would be really beneficial. You will need to have relevant Azure certifications and a strong understanding of managing release management processes, methodologies, and tools as well as demonstrable experience of Application Lifecycle Management.You'll be using release management and project management tools so proficiency in these will be needed, as will exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. it's a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you'll need to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
