Technical Area Executive Buckingham/Northampton/Oxford Market Leading Manufacturer The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.We are currently recruiting for a market leading construction manufacturer for an entry level Technical Area Representative to support the team with NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This is an amazing opportunity where you would look to double your salary within 18-24 months in your next role with the development they provide.Role:You will be responsible for;Assist your line manager in developing a shared vision for your areaTo ensure that call cycles are properly recorded and adhered toTo maintain regular and effective liaison with existing clients in order to understand their needs and drivers and exceed expectationsTo ensure that you maintain a positive and proactive level of communication with the existing contractor network, including regular meetings, to engender mutual trust and understandingTo ensure that all relevant market information is shared with your line manager and agreed strategy is acted uponTo ensure all projects are tracked throughout the design and procurement stageWorking closely with colleagues across the business, to act as Project ManagerCandidate:The ideal candidate will;Ability to absorb, interpret and understand technical informationAbility to plan and organise your time effectively, prioritising key activities and tasksExcellent customer care and interpersonal skillsExcellent people skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence audiencesAbility to think and act creatively and innovatively to meet the needs of the businessAbility to build relationships; communicate and negotiate effectively, work under pressure, multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail.Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills.MUST have a full driving licensePackage:Basic Salary: 30,000 (possibly up to 33,000 for the right background)Bonus 3k p/aCar allowance 6,50025 days annual leave + bank holidaysPension schemePrivate healthcare (after 1st year)Life assuranceExcellence training & development planThis is a great opportunity to get into a market leading business, in a massive growth sector and a clear career path
