Leading from the front, the successful Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities whilst supporting the operations on site.Maintenance Manager Requirements:Hold an HNC/HND electrical Engineering.Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor working an in an engineering environment, dealing with inventory, budgets, reliability, root cause analysis, maintenance tasks, repairs and projects.Strong mechanical engineering abilities.Previous experience working with PLCs fault finding level.Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.Ability to work to high standards.Flexibility to join a Duty Manager rota every 3 weeks.IT Literate.Maintenance Manager Benefits:Salary up to 75k DOEMonday to Friday role.25 days annual leave and bank holidays.Pension scheme.Life Insurance 4x annual salary.Opportunity to join a global market leader in the renewables sector.
