What You'll Be DoingProviding ecotoxicology and environmental hazard expertise to cross-functional teams and external partners.Conducting hazard and risk assessments for products and substances, focusing on non-animal testing methods (NAMs).Driving the development of next-generation safety testing strategies, aligned with regulatory trends and innovation.Representing the business in industry workshops, technical forums, and trade associations advancing animal-free testing.Delivering scientific insights that inform global regulatory and safety decisions.Acting as the go-to expert for environmental safety and ecotoxicology within the organisation. What Were Looking ForA degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Ecotoxicology, Toxicology, or related Life Sciences.Minimum 3 years' experience in product safety, hazard assessment, or regulatory science.Strong knowledge of non-animal testing methodologies (in vitro, in silico, computational modelling, etc.).A confident communicator able to simplify complex science for diverse stakeholders.A genuine passion for sustainability, safety innovation, and regulatory excellence.
