Location: YateleyJob Type: Full-TimeWork Type: HybridHit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.The RoleAs the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the companys ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System (QMS), lead internal audits, and work closely with key departments to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Manage and develop the ISO 9001 QMSLead internal audits and project quality inspectionsDrive best practices in quality across the organisationInvestigate non-conformances and complaints; lead root cause analysisEvaluate and monitor suppliers in line with quality standardsOversee compliance with legislation and support implementation of additional standards (ISO 13485, 14001, 45001)Report on corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesEssential:Proven experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing or engineeringStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditingExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across departmentsAttention to detail and a proactive approach to quality improvementDesirable:Exposure to ISO 13485, 14001, or 45001Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, COSHH, QMS internal auditing)Background in high-precision or multidisciplinary technology environmentsPlease note that our clients are unable to offer sponsorship for employment visas.
