The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director to plan, execute, and analyse campaigns across all their digital platforms.You'll also get hands-on with events and internal communications, helping to create a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.The RoleBased in their Stratford-upon-Avon head office, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and implement the firms digital strategy across a range of platforms, including their website, social media channels, email marketing, and podcast series.You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital campaigns from planning and content creation to execution, analysis, and optimisation. Your expertise will ensure my clients online presence is engaging, consistent, and aligned with the firms broader marketing and business development goals.What we are looking for2-3 years' digital marketing experience, ideally in a professional services or knowledge-based businessA recognised digital marketing qualification (or currently studying towards one)Experience working with external agencies and delivering successful campaignsConfident communicator, collaborative, and well-organisedStrong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projectsFlexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvementFull UK driving licence (occasional travel may be required)Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with WordPress, basic coding, and GA4Strong SEO and analytics knowledgeCanva, podcast platforms, and video editing toolsAccredited in Google Ads and LinkedIn AdsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a strong brand and help shape a pivotal role for the business.
