Youll take charge of external contractors and gas compliance works in our homes, managing everything from the Midlands to the South West . No two days are the same, and the good news is, you manage your own diary. Two days a week youll be out and about on site, and the rest, youll be working from home.What youll doManage gas compliance contracts and ensure services meet safety standardsWork with contractors to deliver high quality, right first time repairs and maintenanceOversee health and safety compliance on site and resolve any issues quicklyUse our systems to keep accurate records and track contract performanceWork closely with internal teams to keep customers informed and safeReview and improve how we manage services, driving better outcomesWhy c hoose u sImagine finishing each day knowing youve made a real difference in our customers lives. Thats exactly what youll do here, working for a top 10 Great Place to Work in the UK!Enjoy real flexibility, clear purpose and the chance to influence how things are done.What y ou bringStrong background in gas installation, servicing and complianceExperience managing external contractors and gas-related contractsUp-to-date ACS accreditation (CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)SMSTS or similar safety qualification and hands-on safety management experienceSolid understanding of housing compliance and regulatory standardsA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the SouthWere sorry, but we cant offer sponsorship for this role due to certificate limits. We do review this regularly.Job detailsYoull work Monday to FridayYoull spend 2 days a week on the road travelling to sites and properties across the south.Youll manage your own diary , so you will know where you will visiting from one week to the next !To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
