At Wilderness Way, we provide specialist residential care for children thats truly life changing.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Were passionate about delivering trauma-informed, high-quality careand none of it would be possible without the right people, in the right place, at the right time.Were excited to launch a brand-new role: Rota Manager.This is your chance to shape something from the ground up and make a real difference to the people who care for children every day.What youll do: As our Rota Manager , youll be at the heart of our operationsowning the planning, optimisation, and delivery of team rotas across our services.Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Finance, and HR, youll ensure rotas are accurate, compliant, cost-effective, and most importantly, built with people in mind.Youll lead on our workforce management system, turn data into insight, and help drive better decisions that directly impact the care we deliver and the wellbeing of our colleagues.What were looking for: Experience in rota planning, workforce coordination, or resource managementideally in care, healthcare, or a similar setting Confidence using workforce management systems and rota planning tools Sharp eye for detail, with strong analytical and organisational skills Data-driven mindsetyou know how to spot trends and make them work for you A collaborative approachyoure comfortable engaging with colleagues across different departments Ability to balance operational needs, colleague wellbeing, and financial considerations Knowledge of working time regulations or employment law is a bonus Why join us?
