Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid (2/3 days per week in office) Newcastle upon Tyne Recognition One are delighted to be partnered with one of the North Easts most innovative and fast-growing B2B businesses.Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Our client is a multi-award-winning outsourced Sales Development and lead generation agency, renowned for helping Mid-Market and Enterprise companies accelerate revenue growth through strategic demand generation solutions.About the Role Were looking for a driven and outcome-focused Senior Marketing Manager to join our clients dynamic team.This is a high-impact role designed for a passionate marketer ready to take ownership of campaign strategy and executionultimately driving Marketing-Sourced Revenue and propelling the brand forward as well as managing agency relationships and an inhouse marketing team of 2.Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with Sales Development teams, you will lead integrated campaigns that cut through the noise and deliver measurable results to amplify the companys brand, create pipeline, and contribute directly to commercial growth.This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that is built to grow with youoffering a clear pathway into a future Head of Marketing position.Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns to deliver qualified opportunities and build Marketing-Sourced Revenue.Own the strategy and delivery of pillar events, podcasts, direct mail, and digital content to engage key target accounts.Manage and mentor a small team of marketing specialists and agency relationships, fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee content production that reflects the brands voice, values, and customer-centric mission.Optimise SEO, review site visibility, and positioning in AI-generated summaries.Leverage HubSpot to track campaign performance, generate insights, and scale successful tactics.Stay ahead of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to shape marketing efforts.Champion innovation and creativity in all aspects of marketing.Who Theyre Looking For An experienced B2B marketer (minimum 4 years) with a background in demand generation or growth marketing.Highly proficient in HubSpot and a strong systems thinker.A hands-on marketer who loves blending creativity with data to drive outcomes.A natural leader, capable of managing people and partnerships to deliver excellence.Passionate about the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue creation.Comfortable presenting ideas and insights to senior stakeholders.Organised, detail-oriented, and excited to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.Desired Skills & Experience Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM, analytics tools, and content marketing.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Event and campaign management experience.Ability to manage budgets and make data-informed decisions is advantageous.Benefits Competitive salary quarterly bonus scheme Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office weekly 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with tenure International working options Health cashback plan & access to a virtual GP Enhanced maternity/paternity leave Regular social and incentive events Charity time allowance 1,000 refer-a-friend scheme Company pension scheme Marketing team commission structure Why Join?
