Main Responsibilities:Managing the supply chain, working with the compliance team to ensure all subcontractors have been onboarded to the company standardConducting regular site audits on both internal and external operativesAssessing documentation including certification from both internal and external operativesSigning off invoices, ensuring that all works have been completed to a high standard and that all paperwork and pictures have been submitted before approvalOverseeing the works scheduled by the office team, ensuring the right instruction is given and diaries are sent out in a timely mannerQualifications and Key SkillsThe successful candidate will have the relevant qualifications:Recognised electrical apprenticeship18th Edition with Amendment 2Testing and Inspection 2391Level 3 Award in the Installation and Maintenance of Small Solar Photovoltaic SystemsThe successful candidate will also:Have good experience within domestic and commercial sectorsBe able to demonstrate a good understanding of Health and SafetyHave a good working knowledge of Part F RegulationsBe an effective communicator able to adapt communication style depending on the audience, including stakeholder management.Have highly developed organisational, planning, and time management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.Preferably have experience dealing with retrofit designs and installs for social housing, this is desirable but not a requirement.
