We work with exciting brands including TUI, Just Eat, Silverstone, Under Armour, LEGO, REFY, Odd Muse, Technogym and so many others with shoots happening across the UK and sometimes abroad.The RoleWere looking for an experienced and confident Senior Videographer to join our in-house production team. Youll take the lead on filming and editing standout content across a variety of formats and platforms, with a strong emphasis on social-first video.Youll be involved at every stage, from creative planning and production to post and will play a key role in shaping the visual language of our client work. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on set, has a sharp creative eye, and loves turning ideas into visually compelling stories. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bedford HQ. Due to the collaborative nature of our projects, we dont offer remote or hybrid working. Please apply only if your commute is within 45 minutes. Occasional overseas travel may be required A full UK driving licence is also required for travel to shoots.Key ResponsibilitiesLead filming and editing on a variety of branded content, social campaigns, and digital adsCollaborate with creative leads and clients on pre-production, storyboarding, and shoot planningOperate Sony cameras, lighting kits, and audio gear with confidence and precisionSet up and manage shoot environments to a high production standardEdit and deliver polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite toolsManage time effectively across multiple projects and deadlinesStay up to date with video trends, social formats, and creative best practicesMentor junior videographers when needed and share knowledge across the teamWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a videographer working across commercial or branded contentStrong cinematography skills with a portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your eye for composition, lighting, and pacingConfident with Sony camera systems, lighting setups, and audio equipmentExpert-level editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop or Audition are a plus)Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling and attention to detailComfortable taking ownership of shoots from brief to deliveryOrganised, proactive, and collaborative - someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative teamA valid UK driving licence and passportPerks & Benefits Annual performance-based bonus up to 3,000 Death in service cover Great team culture with quarterly socials and outings The chance to work on exciting shoots across the UK and overseasReady To Join The Team?If this sounds like you, wed love to see your work.
