A well-established Facilities Maintenance company providing maintenance services to high-profile commercial clients, is URGENTLY looking for a Multi-Skilled Handyman to join the team.Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.The Role: To carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across client sites including: General building fabric maintenance Shelving repairs and fabrication Door and lock repairs Painting and decorating Re-lamping Electrical work Air conditioning maintenance Roofing repairs Work is based within London and the South East.Start each day directly from your first job site and finish at your last job site.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30.Any work outside these hours will be treated as Out of Hours (OOH) and paid accordingly.On-call rotation: one night per week and one weekend per month.Salary & Benefits: Starting salary: 30,000- 33,00 plus overtime.Salary review upon successful completion of 6-month probationary period.Significant overtime available engineers typically earn an additional.21 days holiday per year (excluding bank holidays).Pension scheme and bonus scheme in place.All travel costs, materials, and expenses covered by the company including a company credit card for purchases.Company van provided.Full training provided with ongoing professional development opportunities.Company Culture: Home-based office with regular company meetups.Friendly and supportive team: Daily job schedules are provided each evening via our FM App (cloud-based system installed on your phone).
