Dealing with donors on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization through outbound calling, email, chat & social media. Essential Functions - Duties and ResponsibilitiesPassionate about building relationships and establishing trust with supporters to secure ongoing donations. Work professionally and efficiently to maintain and drive great results with donors. Qualifications RequiredExcellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written. Ability to influence others. Minimum of 6-12 months’ experience in a customer-focused role. Adaptable approach when dealing with supporters. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills with rapport-building ability. Strong attention to detail. PC literate, able to use multiple systems. Preferred:Previous experience in a fundraising role.
