The Role: Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming concepts such as handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation. We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We’re seeking individuals who are: Passionate about delivering excellent service. Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). You will have a minimum contract of 39 hours, with additional hours during busy periods, absences, and holidays. Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience. Ideally, you have experience in a customer-facing environment.
