Send us your CV and we'll be in touch.Job Opportunity: Sub-Contract Purchasing Administrator Ricardo’s Performance Products division is seeking a Sub-Contract Purchasing Administrator to support purchasing and logistics for sub-contract manufacturing, as well as vehicle and driver route administration for delivery and collection of components.Assist with administration of sub-contract and outsourcing work, purchase order placement, and expediting.Maintain systems with the latest commitment dates.Perform system transactions for component movements.Organize and administer driver and courier activities, including van logs, safety checks, incident reporting, and maintenance.Maintain the quote register, ensure RFQs from Manufacturing Engineering are obtained and filed.Summarize critical issues and anticipate future challenges.Collaborate with Shop Floor sections to facilitate the transition of incoming work.Occasional driving to deliver/collect from suppliers.Move parts to relevant sections for expedited processing.Coordinate with manufacturing functions to set priorities and contribute to daily meetings.Report according to departmental KPIs.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in PC and Microsoft Excel.Ability to work efficiently under pressure with short lead times.Experience in purchasing or manufacturing administration.Commercial awareness and quotation analysis skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving skills.Team-oriented attitude.Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, preferably with machining.Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably Infor LN.Working with Ricardo We foster an inclusive workplace where every voice matters.
