Role OverviewAs Bars Manager at Aston Villa Football Club, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering an exceptional matchday and event experience. Responsible for overseeing all bar operations across Villa Park, you will manage a large team, ensure operational excellence, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and compliance.
