Research (Senior) Analyst - Hydrogen Markets Department:Research Employment Type:Permanent - Full Time Location:Oxford, UK Description Are you looking to kickstart your career in the energy industry? The position suits recent graduates, or those with less than two years' experience in the energy sector. Based in Oxford, you will be a part of Aurora's European hydrogen research team- producing our ongoing research and publications, developing new analysis, identifying client needs, and continuously enhancing the service we provide. Aurora's European Hydrogen research service provides regular insights to energy players, investors, and government. As part of this, Aurora has developed modelling tools combining hydrogen and power sector expertise. These capabilities have been used to conduct several major studies on market developments, including pricing, demand, transport, and the interplay between the hydrogen and power markets, and support bespoke advisory work Key Responsibilities Research European hydrogen market trends, technology, and policy Collect data on market developments and create data-driven insights for Aurora's clients Analyse the entire hydrogen value chain from production, transport, storage, and consumption Help maintain Aurora's global electrolyser database Prepare analytical reports and presentations for clients and external events, and present findings Work with hydrogen team members in other offices, and collaborating on joint analysis with other teams Contribute to Aurora's product development, by identifying new opportunities and expanding our capabilities The successful candidate would start as soon as possible.
