We are excited to offer an opportunity for aMachine Minderto be a key part of our onsiteProduction Teamat our Nuts & Dried Fruit packing facility in Telford. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is ideal for you! Position Details:Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating shifts between 5:30am - 11pmLocation: IPL Telford - Site Based Role Contract Type: PermanentYour key responsibilities will include:Monitoring the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of machinery Completing daily machine safety checks according to SOPs and PPM schedule Implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures Monitoring packs per minute (PPM) and ensuring product weights are correct Performing product changeovers efficiently and safely Collaborating with the Packaging Team to ensure readiness of labels, packaging, and film Reporting issues to Line Leaders and engineers clearly and promptly Adhering to 'World Class' standards at all times What are we looking for?Experience in a production environment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work quickly and methodically Knowledge of health and safety policies Results-driven with problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Proficiency in English Teamwork skills and ability to work independently What's in it for you?AtIPL, Forza, and Kober, we are committed to developing our colleagues and providing an excellent work environment.
