We embrace diversity and believe in treating everyone equally to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to grow, develop and progress in their careers.Job DescriptionWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Workspace Coordinator to join our team at the brand new Manchester office of an iconic broadcasting company. The company have a refreshingly different style of service, that positively breaks the mould on what we have come to expect within a corporate environment.The Workspace Coordinator is the main point of contact in the office for all things relating to facilities. They will be involved in and oversee functions including visitor and staff meet and greet, switchboard, meeting room management, event assistance, workplace and office assistance, mail logistics, health and safety and administration. This role really does have it all!As this position is stand alone, the successful candidate must be comfortable working on their own. However, teamwork is also crucial to the role, as the Workspace Coordinator will work with the client team and service line managers to coordinate events, postal services, office catering, and health and safety. They will also work remotely with the Portico front of house teams in the channels other offices.Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 08:30 17:30, Mon Fri Salary: £26,208QualificationsThe ideal applicant will be bubbly with a strong passion for customer service.
