Job title: Office Administrator / Order Processor (permanent) Location: Keighley Shift: Mon-Fri, 8/8:30am – 5/5:30pm Salary: £23-26K (£12.21p/h) Are you an office all rounder looking for a varied and fulfilling role? My distributor client in Keighley is seeking a reliable and organsied Office Administrator/Order Processor to join their friendly team Job duties: * Answering incoming calls and taking orders from customers and sales representatives * Processing and dispatching orders * Booking collections via various courier systems * Managing and processing online orders via Shopify and Royal Mail Click & Drop * Liaising with service customers and providing reports or information as needed * Stock control, monitoring, and placing orders * Taking payments and handling account-related queries with stores and representatives * Chasing overdue accounts * Coordinating with the warehouse on stock and order matters * Assisting with order checking * Responding to customer and client emails Ideal candidate: * Previous office/admin experience * Order processing/dispatching experience * Computer literate & IT skills * SAGE 50 knowledge – desirable * Strong organizational & multitasking abilities If you’re a proactive, dependable individual with a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you
