Youll manage timelines, budgets, internal teams and creative output across a wide range of channels always keeping things running efficiently and to a high standard.Youll be a key contact for clients day-to-day, helping to build strong, trusted partnerships and ensuring we consistently deliver work thats effective, on-brief and aligned with their goals. Youll also support Account Directors with strategy and senior stakeholder engagement.Were also looking for someone whos keen to invest in their own development. Wed love for you to take part, keep learning, and encourage our clients to do the same.Your skillsYoull be a strong match if you:Have experience managing accounts in an integrated agencyKnow how to deliver campaigns across multiple channelsAre comfortable managing multiple clients and keeping projects progressing smoothlyAre confident writing briefs and guiding creative developmentHave a good eye for what great work looks like and can help shape itAre commercially aware, with strong budgeting and time management skillsCommunicate clearly and confidently whether thats in meetings, over email, or in a presentationCan develop compelling presentations and present ideas effectively to clients and stakeholdersTake a proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environmentAccountabilitiesOwn day-to-day client relationships and act as the voice of the client internally becoming a trusted extension of their teamDeliver projects on time, on budget and on briefBuild strong, collaborative relationships that support long-term partnership and growthIdentify opportunities that add value and align with client objectivesContribute positively to our team culture and collaborative spiritRole responsibilitiesOversee integrated campaigns from concept to delivery across channels including Digital, Organic and Paid Social, Print, Paid Media, OOH, VOD and RadioWrite clear, actionable briefs and coordinate workflows across multiple teamsMonitor project budgets, timelines and resourcing to keep everything running smoothlyCollaborate with internal teams across PR & Social, Digital & Performance, and CreativeSupport Account Directors with planning, reporting and senior-level client conversationsSpot opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to the development of proposals
