This role will spearhead the development of automated Continuous Controls Monitoring and Business Intelligence dashboards, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive value through insightful data products to join one of our financial services clients. Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesDefine and articulate the product vision and roadmap for IAM reporting and analytics solutionsTranslate high-level business needs into clear, actionable user storiesOwn and manage the product backlog, driving prioritisation in alignment with business objectivesCollaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveryEnsure data accuracy, accessibility, and business relevance across the IAM BI suiteFocus initially on advancing our Business Intelligence capabilities and dashboarding toolsThe ideal candidate will have the following:Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in data-driven environmentsStrong background in data management, dashboards, and business intelligenceSolid understanding of IAM or other control environmentsExpert in Agile frameworks and product lifecycle managementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
