The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or electronic engineering and experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or product development environment.This role is responsible for:Planning, executing, and delivering new product launches on time and within budget.You will work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, risks are mitigated early, and products meet all performance and compliance standards.Developing project plans, managing schedules and resources, coordinating design reviews, tracking deliverables, and communicating progress to stakeholders.A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, DFM/DFA principles, and engineering documentation is essential.Qualifications:Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field5+ years in engineering project management, preferably in NPIStrong leadership and communication skillsProficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)PMP certification is a plus
