This role is key to advancing technologies used in telecom, data centers, and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize InP epitaxial processes (MOCVD).Collaborate with device teams to tailor layers for photonics performance.Oversee material quality, characterization, and process control.Lead R&D projects and mentor junior engineers.Stay current on epitaxy and photonics trends.Requirements:Ph.D. in a relevant field.12+ years' experience in compound semiconductor epitaxy (InP).Expertise in MOCVD and photonics devices.Skilled in process control, cleanroom operations, and materials characterization (XRD, PL, SEM, etc.).Please get in touch with Christina McGuire to her more!
