East Sussex College Group is on the lookout for a Deputy Marketing Manager to help lead our talented team, shape bold campaigns, and tell the stories that inspire future students.This is your chance to be part of something truly rewarding working in a friendly, forward-thinking environment where every day brings something new.About the Role:As our Deputy Marketing Manager, youll be the go-to person for managing exciting campaigns, supporting our brilliant team, and helping to build the Colleges brand across Sussex and beyond. From social media strategy to open events, email campaigns to printed materials youll be involved in it all.Youll work closely with the Director of Marketing to turn plans into action, keeping projects on track and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Whether youre leading a team meeting, planning a school outreach event, or analysing campaign results, youll be playing a big part in helping people discover their future at ESC.What youll be doing day to dayLeading in some of the delivery of creative campaigns across web, social, email and printSupporting and mentoring marketing staff and Student AmbassadorsCreating engaging content that grabs attention and drives resultsRepresenting the college at open days, careers fairs and school visitsHelping shape internal and external communications across the GroupUsing insight and data to track performance and guide decisionsWorking with external partners like photographers, videographers and printersStepping in for the Director of Marketing as and when required.What were looking forYoure someone whos organised, creative and thrives on variety. You love collaborating with others, leading projects, and making things happen.
